Collecting historic and famous heritage sails, I am creating everlasting art pieces and photographic sculptures. Some as large as 9 metres across, down to as small as half a metre, and some in backlit light cases. Each sail will be signed and identified by the donator, including a quote about the life of the sail.

 

These art pieces will captivate the heritage of yachting in one off unique collectables. Reflecting maritime history from the likes of the the tea clipper Cutty Sark, King George V's yacht Britannia to the 12m Stars & Stripes, including the J class era Shamrock V, Velsheda, Ranger, Endeavour and the modern era and America’s Cup 2024 - Alinghi and INEOS, plus offshore races and the Olympics.

 

The pieces will be auctioned with a percentage donated to ocean focused charities such as The Blue Marine Foundation and The Ocean Family Foundation. I will also donate separately to other charities nominated by the donor.
